When Siemens started to market Sygnal™, a new line of scalable mass notification systems (MNS), they needed to set themselves apart in a crowded market driven by competitive messages based on fear. We developed a fully integrated campaign based on Sygnal’s flexibility, versatility and experience with alert systems, positioning Sygnal’s products as trusted and reliable—a positive approach quite different from competitors’ fear-based messages. The program helped Siemens generate strong interest and action, as evidenced by a trade show launch that generated two and a half times the goal for sales commitments by the end of the first day.
