When Goulds Pumps, an ITT brand, invented its Constant Pressure Pump to solve the common problem of spotty, inconsistent water pressure in the home, they chose Slack and Company to inform consumers, generating demand for its pump from local plumbing professionals and distributors.
Our pilot campaign involved multiple channels, including mall events where models in functioning showers demonstrated the benefits of the Goulds Constant Pressure Pump. In exchange for providing their contact information, visitors could spin a wheel to win shower-themed prizes. Meanwhile, teams of bathrobed "shower people" roamed the mall drawing interest, handing out fliers, describing the product and prompting people to go visit the Goulds Pumps display.
This highly successful promotion garnered more than 1,000 registrations and 417 highly interested leads. Feedback from Goulds Pumps distributors was overwhelmingly positive.
