Slack and Company Notches Gold, Silver and Bronze Wins at Stevie Awards
CHICAGO, June 21, 2012 – The 2012 awards season continues in full swing for integrated b-to-b marketing agency Slack and Company with The American Business Awards announcing Stevie Award winners at its 10th annual New York City gala—where Slack took home Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies.
Slack and Company’s winning entries, submitted on behalf of clients Google, Dow Corning and Fellowes, Inc., rose to the top in what is widely known as the world’s premier business awards competition. Over 270 top business executives nationwide, including renowned publishers and marketers, judged entrants numbering more than 3,000. Since 2002, the Stevies have been conferred for achievement in business to organizations and individuals in more than 60 nations—testament to its status as one of the world’s most coveted prizes.
Created to honor and generate public awareness of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and business people worldwide, the Stevie Awards raise the profile of b-to-b agencies and places them for all to see among the world’s top performers in the industry.
This year, the 2012 Stevie Awards celebrated the 10th anniversary of their inception by awarding Silver and Bronze distinctions to accompany the traditional Gold trophies previously given to category winners alone. Notching major recognition at all levels of the competition made Slack’s night in the spotlight that much more memorable.
